Dear all

We are well and truly established now here in Doha.

The athletes and coaches are nicely setup at the athlete village which is a pretty phenomenal place.

All our equipment arrived in one piece and we have been sailing in some good conditions for the past four days and the sailors are adapting to the conditions very well.

Aunty Serena has been keeping us all fed and organi s ed and Uncle Peter has been cracking the whip on the physical training and sport science.

Everyone is very fit and healthy and happy and ready to go and looking forward to the arrival of the rest of the team.

The year of planning has all come together now and things are working like clockwork. The training camp at Raffles Marina served us very well.
