Sound management goes hand in hand with the progress of the sport, and SingaporeSailing is proud to be the only National Sports Association (NSA) in the world to be awarded the ISO 9000 certification in recognition of their efficient internal structure and processes. SingaporeSailing has a proven track record in terms of sports management and are one of the first NSAs to fully comply with Minstry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and Singapore Sports Council's Code of Governance and Code of Athlete Management which focuses on issues such as anti-doping. Emphasis is placed on the management, support and education of the athletes.

Strict financial controls are in place and we are of the few NSAs with a chartered accountant on their management team.
