Greetings all
Things are going pretty well here.
The team is all very good and sailing well.
Over the last few days we have seen light sea breezes with very large swings in the wind and big changes in strength which makes it tricky for all the countries.
Yesterday the wind was a little bit stronger, but still pretty shifty and up and down in pressure. Nevertheless our team did pretty well and have adapted very well to these conditions and have themselves well setup for good results across the board.
The team is in tremendous spirits and enjoying the competition more and more as it goes along.
Jono was in his element yesterday showing his very slick hobie dance moves. His lycra body suit making him look like an MTV star.
We overtook the dining hall on Sunday night where Leonard had his surprise birthday and today Quintin (the big man) got rugby tackled by the team and thrown in the pool. Just as well we have a big team and enough combined muscle power to move him.
Last night was ISAF 100 year celebration and Russell, Rachel and Jun Hao got ISAF prizes for winning races on the day.
Today is a rest day and some planned trips to the shopping centre.
All is good and we are looking forward to going back to business tomorrow.
The team is fired up and its really exciting to watch.
Thanks for all your support.
Best regards
Andrew
