Exercise regimen: My sport is sailing, which is physically demanding. So, I go to the gym twice a week to build up my strength with exercises like rowing, pull-ups and leg squats. I also cycle 20km every other day for fun and to build endurance. I also do core-stability exercises. These include leg raises, crunches and static-hold positions.

Diet: To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I eat sandwiches, cereal and fruits for that meal. I seldom eat oily, deep-fried food, as they are not my favourites. I take in carbohydrates by eating rice for lunch and dinner. Sometimes, I'll go for spaghetti or noodles. Fish, vegetables and soup are important, as they are my sources of nutrition.
