Participants who wish to proceed further in the sport of sailing will be placed in this training course.

| Course Duration |
- Three (3) months at Bedok Reservoir
- Two (2) months at National Sailing Centre
- Training: Twice (2) a week
- Saturday, 2.00pm - 5.00pm and Sunday, 2.00pm - 5.00pm
|
| Course Fees |
- S$856.00 per participant (inclusive of 7% GST) for 5 months
|
| Pre-requisite |
- Completed Basic Optimist Course (BOC)
|
| Attendance |
- Obtain 80% attendance, in order to have completed the course
