Fortunately you can now arrange through your club for easy hassle free clearance, no more inward clearance at the anchorages this can now be done at your club.

Riau Green Book

Malaysia West Coast

From Port Dickson to Langkawi there are many marinas for relaxing stopovers. Exciting sailing in the SW monsoon and more tranquil in the NE monsoon .

Not too far from Singapore are Pulau Aur Pulau Sibu, and the Tioman group. Great cruising grounds for Keelboats. A little further away is the Indonesian Anambas Islands a chain of 140 Robinson Crusoe islands that is an adventure of a lifetime

Thailand

The west coast around Phuket, Krabi and Ko Pi Pi is where the King's Cup is held, offers idyllic cruising waters but do not rule out Ko Samui.

Charts

Available along with pilot books, tide tables, lists of lights and almanacs from Motion Smith in Robinson Road . Malaysian charts are much cheaper and should be considered by anyone sailing in Malaysian waters.

Flags

Fly the correct Singapore Maritime Ensign, a"smiley face" red flag and not the red and white National Flag and also the correct courtesy flags.
