My two daughters train at the National Sailing Centre, so one day while I was at NSC, there was a position available, I was offered to apply for the job, and got it. |

The first time I sailed with my daughter in her 420 at the Sail-for-Hope regatta. The other memorable moment was at the staff retreat in Batam, it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves and having a good time. |

Watching how the sailors grow, win and bring honour to Singapore. It makes me feel proud of them. |
