What is it that draws you to SingaporeSailing? My two daughters train at the National Sailing Centre, so one day while I was at NSC, there was a position available, I was offered to apply for the job, and got it.
Tried sailing? Yes  
Best memory at SingaporeSailing? The first time I sailed with my daughter in her 420 at the Sail-for-Hope regatta. The other memorable moment was at the staff retreat in Batam, it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves and having a good time.
Best thing about your job? Watching how the sailors grow, win and bring honour to Singapore. It makes me feel proud of them.
Worst thing about your job? Dealing with difficult customers
Best thing about sailing? Independence, endurance and close to nature
Worst thing about sailing? Capsizing and getting hit on the head by the boom
