1. Zhik extends a discount to the Singapore Sailing Federation. This discount is available to sailors currently in any of our National Junior/Youth/Senior Training Squads. Please note that Zhik shipping costs (usually via DHL) can be very high.
2. You can order up to 5 items. If you need more, please submit another order.
How to order? For example, if you want Zhik Hiking X Boots, go to the webpage: Zhik.com.
Key in the product name: Hiking X Boot
The product code shown on the website will be: DBT-0380-U-BLK. Take note of the product code so that you can fill out this form.
If the product you want is out of stock on the Zhik website, please don't order it, as it will also be out of stock on the wholesale website.
3. There are four ordering window periods each year: January, March, June, and September.
4. Once the window closes, a Performance Pathways staff member will consolidate the orders into a single sheet and send it to our parent volunteer who will do the ordering and pay for the items using her personal credit card. At no time will any Singapore Sailing Federation staff be involved in this financial transaction.
5. Our parent volunteer will place the order. If any item is out of stock, the volunteer will inform you/your parent. Once the parent volunteer has ordered and paid for the items, you have to follow through on your order and pay for it.
6. The Performance Pathways staff will create a Google Doc/Sheet file for each ordering window period. Once the credit card charges are firmed up, the parent volunteer will key in the amounts owing for each sailor.
7. The Performance Pathways staff will make a copy of this Google Doc/Sheet and remove the names for privacy reasons and upload the consolidated order for public viewing.
8. Once Singapore Sailing Federation receives all invoices/receipts from Zhik and DHL, the Performance Pathways staff will include them in the Google Doc/Sheet for public viewing. Performance Pathways staff will inform sailors when the invoices/receipts are uploaded.
9. The parent volunteer will contact you for payment.
10. Singapore Sailing Federation will wait for the Zhik shipment and pass it to the parent volunteer for sorting.
11. The parent volunteer will release the ordered items to the sailors after she has received payment.
