Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where will the programme take place?

The programme will be held at the National Sailing Centre, located at 1500 East Coast Parkway, Singapore 468963.
Please head to Classroom 3 when you arrive — our team will be there to welcome you!

What should my child bring?

To help your child have a fun and comfortable experience, please remember to bring:

  • Water bottle – Staying hydrated is important during the session.
  • Long-sleeve shirt and tights – Highly recommended for sun protection and comfort on the water.
  • Sunscreen lotion – To protect against the tropical sun.
  • Footwear for water activities – Close-toed water shoes or old sneakers work best to keep feet safe around the waterfront.
  • A change of clothes and a towel – For showering and getting comfortable after the activities.
  • Don’t worry — all wingfoiling equipment and safety gear (life vests, knee pads, and helmets) will be provided.

What happens if it rains?

The programme will still go on as planned. If there is wet weather, we’ll activate a wet-weather plan to make sure everyone stays safe while continuing the session.
As such, no refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling will be provided due to weather conditions.

Who is this programme suitable for?

This programme is open to children aged 9 to 16 years old.

Can my child attend more than one session?

The taster session is the same across all dates, so each child may only attend once.
We’ll share more details about our full wingfoiling courses at the end of the session if your child would like to continue learning.

Does my child need to know how to swim?

Yes. For safety reasons, participants should be able to swim at least 50 metres while wearing a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).

Can I cancel or change my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once payment has been made.
