Q1. How do I apply for or renew boat/locker storage at the National Sailing Centre?

If you're storing a boat with us for the first time or need a locker, email us at info@singaporesailing.org.sg to check availability. If you have already emailed us, we'll get back to you soon.

To store your boat and equipment, please fill out this form: Boat & Equipment Storage Form.  

If you already have boat/locker storage, we'll contact you when it's time to renew. 

Q2. How do I get a Mooring Letter (for MPA licence renewal or transferring/registering a boat)?

Please fill out this form: Mooring Letter Application Form

Once we have verified the details, SSF will issue the letter.

Q3. How do I remove, sell, or dispose of my stored boat?

If you are moving your boat out of NSC, please fill out this form: Boat Exit Pass Form

Q4. Can I charter a boat (dinghy or powerboat) for training, a regatta, or as a visiting/overseas competitor?

Yes. To do so, please fill out this form: Boat Charter Form

SSF does not charter boats for personal recreational use.

Q5. How do I list my used dinghy or equipment for sale, or find used boats/gear?

If you want to advertise your boat for sale in NSC, please email us at info@singaporesailing.org.sg with your ad.

SSF will post your listing on a "Boats for Sale" notice board for a month. 

Q6. My online payment failed (broken invoice link, card error, $0 charge) — how else can I pay?

Please email us at finance@singaporesailing.org.sg, and we'll provide an alternative payment method.

Q7. I forgot my password or can't access my Sailor ID account — how do I recover it?

To recover your Sailor ID, go to: Recover password

Q8: How do I get an e-certificate after finishing a course?

To get an e-certificate, please pay the fee at this link: E-certificate

After payment, we will upload your e-certificate to your Sailor ID profile. SSF no longer issues physical certificates.

Q9: I lost my original sailing certificate. How do I get a new one? 

We'll check whether we still have your records. If we do, we can issue you a new e-certificate.

To get your new e-certificate, please pay the fee at this link: E-certificate

We will upload your e-certificate to your Sailor ID profile under the Accreditation tab in your profile.

Q10. Can SSF delete my personal data/account?

SSF can archive your Sailor ID profile to preserve your certification and competition records should you need them in the future.

SSF uses revSPORT, a third-party CRM platform. Their privacy policy is available here: revSPORT privacy policy

Q11. Where do I collect the stickers for my storage rack?

Please go to the Service Centre at the National Sailing Centre. It is located next to the Sail Store during operating hours.
