Terms and Conditions for Regatta and Courses
1. The schedule will be subject to changes at the management's sole discretion.
2. SingaporeSailing reserves the right to accept or reject any late registrations based on availability of slots and to avoid any disruption to the programme.
3. Any late registrations, if accepted, shall be assigned to any groups/squad at the sole discretion of SingaporeSailing management.
4. SingaporeSailing management or its assigned coaches reserves the right to withdraw any of the training sessions, or withdraw any participant from any of the training sessions, as and when it deems the prevailing situation or conditions will render it inappropriate for the safe or fruitful delivery of its training objectives to the participants.
5. Session/s cancelled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled or substituted with a make-up session.
6. Parents or guardians of the participants of SingaporeSailing sailing programmes are forbidden to interfere with the work of the coaches or the decision of SingaporeSailing on the programmes. SingaporeSailing management reserves the rights to withdraw any of the participants if there is a breach of rule.
7. SingaporeSailing Management reserves the right to withdraw any participant involved in misconduct, including verbal or physical bullying, or sexual harassment.
8. While all foreseeable care and precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of all participants during training or any of it's programmes, SingaporeSailing will not liability in the event of any mishap that may result in any injury or loss to life or property that may sustained while undergoing the training session whether in the premise of National Sailing Centre or out at sea.
9. Parents and Guardian reserves the right to withdraw their child or ward from the individual training session or from the entire training course for which they have signed up for. Fees paid will not be refundable whether in part or in whole.
10. By signing up you are giving consent to the Organizers to collect and use my personal particulars (including but not limited to name and contact details) for purposes of the NSC Weekend Training Programme.
