Donate for future sailors: Empower the next generation of Singaporean sailors

Hi there!
Thanks for your interest in supporting the mission of the Singapore Sailing Federation.

Your contribution will go toward
1) community programmes that provide underprivileged Singaporean children and youth opportunities to learn sailing;
2) developing Singaporean coaches so that they can nurture our junior and youth sailors;
3) providing for the high-performance development of our Singaporean sailors.
All cash donations are eligible for a 250% tax deduction.

Note

To qualify you/your organisation for a 250% tax deduction, the Singapore Sailing Federation will register the donation details and tax reference number with IRAS.

If you do not wish for the donation to be registered or publicly acknowledged, please check the box at the bottom of this form.

The Federation will need your contact details to clarify matters if needed.

Donor acknowledgement

The total donations received will be apportioned as follows:

1. Up to 30% will be used to defray fundraising expenses

2. The balance will be used for the high-performance programmes run by the Federation

Your donation will be treated as a donation to SSF.

SSF will then submit an application to Sport Singapore for a matching grant from the One Team Singapore Fund (OTSF) for the donations received (less expenses of up to 30% of the donations).

I/We understand that my donation and the subsequent OTSF matching grant will contribute to SSF's high-performance system (HPS) in the following areas:

  1. Pathway development for Team Singapore sailors;
  2. Coach development to raise the expertise and professionalism of coaches;
  3. Provision of Sports Science and Medicine services by the high-performance sport institute;

  6. Management capability to develop and implement clear multi-year sports plans;
  7. Competition opportunities at the regional, continental, world/Olympic levels and their para equivalent;
  8. Community programmes that serve as a pipeline for Team Singapore sailors;
