The Boat Exit Pass Form must be completed before you remove your boat from the National Sailing Centre.
Please take note of the following guidelines:
✅ Complete the form accurately and in full before setting off.
🕒 Clearly indicate your intended exit and return times.
🔍 Perform all required safety checks before launching.
📄 Submit the completed form to the SSF Duty Officer or Operations Manager for review and approval.
Important: Boats will not be permitted to leave the premises without an approved and signed Exit Pass.
